This website (arinx.ai) is operated by ARINX Arcum Intelligence X Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, company registration number HE490213, with registered office at Georgiou Seferi 7, HECTOR COMPLEX, Flat/Office A101, Livadia, 7060, Larnaca, Cyprus (the "Company", "we", "us"). ARINX Arcum Intelligence X Ltd is part of the Trivara group.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as we are not legally required to do so. Data-protection enquiries are handled at the address above.
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels, or any cookies that profile you. See our Cookie Policy.
When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure may process your IP address and standard technical request data (browser, timestamp) in server logs for security and to deliver the page. This is strictly necessary to operate the website.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

4. Who we share your data with (recipients / processors)
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us operate the site, under data-processing agreements:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and the backend that receives the contact form (EU region, eu-west-1 — Ireland).
- SMTP2GO — transactional email service that sends your enquiry to our inbox.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. How long we keep your data
We keep contact enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry leads to a client or partner relationship, the data is retained under the terms of that relationship and applicable legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to our processing;
- Data portability;
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus supervisory authority: the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, www.dataprotection.gov.cy.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted transport over HTTPS, restricted access, anti-spam protections on the form) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
